CONDITIONS OF ORDERING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FROM SOTARSOFT

General Conditions

1. The owner of the internet service and shop sotarsoft.pl is Mr. Paweł Szenk, Address: 03-287 Warszawa, ul. Skarbka z Gór 51G/8, Poland.
2. It is possible to order and purchase the products and/or services, which are currently offered on the sotarsoft.pl website.
3. These Conditions contain the rules of purchasing those products or/and services.
4. Materials supplied by every client (documents, photos, graphics etc.) necessary to realise his/her order are saved on a computer possessed by Sotarsoft or it's subcontractors, and are used only to realize this order.

Ordering procedure

1. You can order a product or a service from Sotarsoft using the order form on this web site or by phone.
2. The order form must be filled in correctly, with true data.
3. Filling the form or making the phone call means, that you accept these Conditions and agree to the privacy policy of Sotarsoft.
4. An order for a product (section „products”), is deemed to be placed when you receive a confirmation of this order.
5. An order for a service (section „services”), is deemed to be placed, when Sotarsoft receives the signed agreement form you, after all its elements (scope of order, time estimation, final price) had been determined.

Order realising procedure

1. Orders for products are realised immediately.
2. Time of delivery depends on the means of transport.
3. Orders for services are realised according to the information in the signed contract.
4. Time of realisation and costs are calculated individually.
5. Any changes in the order made after the agreement has been signed have an influence on the total time of completion and price of this order. Any chages need to be sumitted in writing.
6. Sotarsoftis not responsible for delays, if their reasons are independent from Sotarsoft.
7. Payments can be made only by transfering money to this bank account PL 83 1140 2004 0000 3902 5067 2521 (mBank).

Warranty, complaints or returns

1. Each product or service offered by Sotarsoft is protected by a two month warranty.
2. You can report any noticed differences between your contract and the delivered service or errors in the product within this time. They will be repaired free of charge. Differences or errors reported after the mentioned period will be treated as changing the order, and need to be in writing.
3. Product return is possible within 30 days since purchase and is charged by 10% of the product value.
4. In case of a service the return charge is 40% of the value mentioned in the contract.
5. Sotarsoft does not pay any costs connected with your reporting errors or retuning a product.

Final clauses

1. Sotarsoft has the right to change the content of these Conditions.
2. The version of regulations present on the sotarsoft.pl site is valid.
3. Issues not mentioned here are reagulated by the Polish Civil Code.
